This report describes villagers' displacement following rumours of Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) forced recruitment, and a small clash between the KNLA and Tatmadaw soldiers, as well as arbitrary detainment and violent abuse in Bu Tho Township, Hpapun District, in September 2015.
